In order to become a Green Deal Installer and take part in the opportunities available within the Green Deal Scheme, Installers must have in place a documented and operational Quality Management System (QMS) which complies to the requirements of the technical documentation of British Standard PAS 2030, and also complies to the conditions as detailed in the Green Deal Code of Practice.
Furthermore Installers are only certified for the various energy efficiency measures (EEM) they wish to install. This is to ensure that customers get measures installed to high standards under their Green Deal plans. You can be certified for as many different measures as you wish to install providing that you meet the required standards as set out in PAS 2030.
