How to order a HIP with PropertyCert?

  Once you have ordered the HIP we will send you a confirmation e-mail for you to show to your Estate Agent. This provides your Agent with the necessary evidence that a Home Information Pack has been commissioned and means that they can legally start to market your home straight away. The email will also contain instructions to enable you to track the assembly of your HIP online, using the log-in details created when you enter your order.

• STEP 3

  Hip Assembly & EPC Assessement

  
  

  We begin to assemble the HIP documents immediately and within 48 hours one of our fully-trained Domestic Energy Assessors will call you to arrange a convenient time to carry out the Energy Survey on your home. The report will then be emailed to you for you to pass to your Estate Agent, so that they can include the results in their sales particulars, which they are legally required to do

  HIP Submission

  
  

  Once completed, we will contact you to confirm that your Home Information Pack is available for download. The HIP is kept on our database so you, your Estate Agent or your buyer's Solicitor can access it at any time using a secure login password. Should you require a printed copy we can provide this as well – just tick the appropriate option when placing your order.
